Product Delivery Contract

- This contract governs delivery terms between Shabab Society and its customers.
- The customer agrees to these delivery terms upon purchasing products from Shabab Society.
Delivery Conditions
- Shabab Society commits to sending ordered products to the shipping company within a maximum of two days from the order date.
- Products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer, which must be provided accurately.
- Delivery time is subject to the shipping company’s schedule; therefore, there may be delays in delivery.
- The customer must inspect products upon delivery. If damage is detected, they should not accept the product and should document it with the shipping agent. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the product in good condition.
Return and Exchange Terms
- Shabab Society does not accept returns or exchanges of its products. The customer agrees to this term upon purchase.
- If there is any damage or defect, it must be documented with the shipping agent at the time of delivery.
Disputes and Legal Proceedings
- Disputes arising from this contract will be settled by the courts at Shabab Society’s location.
- This contract is governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic.
Enforcement
- This contract takes effect once the customer agrees to it.
